Our Vintage Square Sear Chair is designed on the style of a Welsh stick chair, this fabulous dining chair has a wonderfully simple style.

Quality mahogany. Made from solid mahogany and then with a stripped back finish, the plank seat is complemented well with the bar back support and simple straight legs. Made to fit easily with many different dining tables this is a fantastic wooden chair to add a touch of old world chic to a modern setting or traditional room. Or use it as an occasional chair for a home office, lounge, conservatory, kitchen or bedroom.

This is a natural wood solid product and therefore will have unique patterns, grain variations, and occasional knots in the wood surface. This will not have any impact on durability, strength and integrity of the furniture.

Wood lives on in the furniture and it breathes and moves over time so natural minor movements that may occur are totally natural.

Returns

All orders have a 14 day return policy, items past this 14 day period cannot be returned.

We are confident in the quality of our products and hope you are happy with your purchase. As such, our primary concern is to address any issues that you may have with your order as soon as possible.

 

Receipt of delivery

  • When our customer receives their delivery, we request that they briefly check their delivery.
  • If our customer notices any discrepancies at all (damaged cartons, tape or shrink wrap not intact) they should note damaged onto the drivers delivery document; the customer can give a more detailed report to us within 48 hours.
  • If the carrier refuses to allow the customer a few minutes to briefly check the condition of their delivery, the customer should make a note of this on the driver’s delivery document.
  • Cartons containing glass items should be checked if possible.

Defective or faulty items

If you find that an item has a quality issue, we aim to address this as quickly as possible and with minimum inconvenience to our customer. As such, we will uplift or credit any damaged item(s) at our expense.  Just contact our friendly Returns Department as soon as possible, let them know what the problem is, and they will take you through the process.

 

Shortages or incorrect items

If your order arrives incomplete, or incorrect, please contact our Returns Department as soon as you can, and we can then investigate any claims.
