be offered a delivery date within 5 working days. If not convenient you will be offered alternative days.

You will receive a 3 hour delivery window.

You will receive a call from the drivers when they are near.


  • The service includes:-

Delivery to customer room of choice.

Items unwrapped.

Basic assembly carried out.

Removal of packaging.


Customers are asked to inspect furniture for any damage and to sign a POD (Point Of Delivery) which will be sent to you with the invoice.



We cannot cancel, exchange, refund or accept returns on made to order furniture so please make sure that the item and finish is right before you place any order. We can accept returns on orders of clearance and stock items purchased online up to 14 days from the date of delivery, as long as they are returned in the original packaging and are in the same undamaged condition as we delivered them. The collection charge will be dependent on the size of the item or items being returned, it will not be more than our delivery partner charges us.


Faulty/Damaged Items

Products that are found to have been damaged in transit will be replaced providing that the customer noted any damage seen on the delivery note at the point of delivery. If you have any concerns, please keep all the packaging as we cannot collect goods unless carefully packed in the original packaging, as delivered, for safe transit back to us.


Non-Damaged and Non-Faulty Returns

Stocked items which are cancelled for reasons other than damage in transit must be carefully packed in the original packaging, as delivered, for safe transit back to us. We will arrange a collection of the goods and apply a collection charge. This is the same as charged to us by our delivery company. The Collection charge in England and Wales is £69 for most postcodes and £80 to £96 for most postcodes in Scotland. Please ask for costs for remote postcodes, Highlands and Islands. If the returnable goods are damaged upon collection then we reserve the right to refuse collection or offer a partial refund. If you have any concerns, please keep all the packaging.
