Order Confirmation:

When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.


Order Shipment:

The delivery times quoted on the website are for delivery to postcodes which fall within our normal delivery areas. These are a guide and are dependent on suppliers, shipping, freight and many matters which are beyond our control.


These times are based on delivery of orders throughout the UK Mainland. All delivery dates are estimated dates.


Some deliveries are delivered direct from our suppliers, this is known as a DHD or drop ship delivery service.


Not all our deliveries offer a white glove service, this is a service to your room of choice, unpacked and checked, and can incur a charge should you require this service. If you need to check that it is included in your order please ask and a member of our team and we will get back to you.


Prestige Dining Tables do not hold stock, our products are held  at our suppliers and are shipped on a DHD service, meaning that the order will be a direct home delivery from our supplier to the customer. If you wish to check that your order is delivered with this service contact our team at and a team member will get back to you.


If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at


Typically, in stock items are delivered within 5-15 days.
